Every individual wants to touch the high points in every sphere in his life . He wishes to earn the maximum amount of money in his life & enjoy the maximum luxuries. No one wants any thing besides pleasure. Whenever a person experiences any sort of pain or suffering he wants an immediate relief in any possible manner. In this way any asset like a vehicle, jewelry, or any expensive article , got through pains taking hard work when is lost results in great mental tensions. The fact is that any thing lost in a theft has very little chances of recovery. A person feels that he would never lose any thing in a theft and if ever he does he would always get it back but a person generally never gets the desired results . If at all he has to get the lost thing back he would get it or else it would be lost for good.

The fourth house of an individual’s astronomical horoscope signifies movable or immovable property, vehicle, house or all luxurious articles. Whenever the relation of fourth house with the eleventh house of an individual’s horoscope occurs an individual goes for these things through which he can enjoy a luxurious life. After studying Mr. Malhotra’s astronomical horoscope’s IVth house it was found that there is no chance of his owning any type of assets either movable or immovable. Neither could he enjoy having his own house nor could he have a vehicle in his name. Due to the relation of IVth house significator planets to XIIth & VIth house of his astronomical horoscope he could not enjoy the pleasure of having his own house or vehicle bought by his income. When he was told this astrological fact he revealed that whenever he tried to buy any property there was always something or the other which dissuaded him from doing so. This is the reason why he is living as a tenant in another person’s house and now when he tried his level best to buy a house he ran in to great loss. Mr. Malhotra can neither have the pleasure of buying a house in his name nor can own a vehicle for his use or comfort.

I told Mr. Malhotra that he could not buy any property or vehicle in his name but instead if he wishes to lay his hands on sale & purchase of properties then he can make a good amount of money because according to need of his astronomical horoscope he can get property only to be sold & not to own. According to his wife’s astronomical horoscope it was found out that she could have a house and vehicle in her name. I advised

Mr. Malhotra that if he ever wanted to enjoy the pleasure of having a house or a vehicle he must buy them in the name of his wife. If he wants to make an attempt he must transfer the house which he has bought to the name of his wife and also file a suit in the court of law in his wife’s name. As she had the ownership of these things in her astronomical horoscope he could succeed in his endeavor.

In no one’s life joys & sorrows come at the same time. Some times life has joys & at other times it has sorrows in store.
